When placing an order online, our “Local delivery fee” is very low due to we offer a weekly delivery route service to our customers but some items takes up more room in our trucks and takes longer to deliver that why we are requiring the “Local delivery fee + Bulk Item Delivery Fee.”

- The total delivery fee is $19 if you are in Zone 1 and a little higher depending on the other Zones and cost of our delivery radius (the zone will automatically be calculated at checkout).

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
